Rogues on guest list for Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding

King Mswati III of Swaziland - who chooses his wives from an annual dance of 100,000 bare-breasted women - is set to raise the most eyebrows. Political parties and trade unions have been banned in the African nation for almost 40 years.

Even his own subjects are angered at the 13-times married King's invitation while a quarter of them live in grinding poverty.

Gabriel Machinga, the UK ambassador from tyrant Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe, is also among guests. And Saudi Arabia's Prince Mohamed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz and Princess Fadwa bint Khalid are expected at the Abbey. Human rights groups, angry at the country's crackdown on democracy rallies, have protested at the Saudi embassy in London.
